Today, I would like to thank my yoga teacher Priya Jain, a certified yoga teacher from yoga international Alliance, who has been teaching me for the last few months. I managed to complete 108 Surya namaskars (216 rounds) at one go today which I thought was completely impossible. She has been a great mentor and an excellent teacher with lots of patience and understanding and a specialist on the subject. She also has the ability to cure various health and physical issues through yoga. A great dietitian too. I think if you listen to her and follow her meticulously you will be free of any health issues and I can personally vouch for that. Thank you sooo much Priya for motivating an amateur like me. You truly are an inspiration. Looking forward to many more sessions with you.

I have had challenges with my upper back after starting exercise and sitting for long periods during the last few months. Have done more than 20-30 sessions of physiotherapy and taken pills to relax the back. Sometimes a drink has also helped. Was in the same situation yesterday with a pain that started in the upper back and was so bad that I couldn’t take deep breath’s. it was going to my head and making me feel irritated and unwell. Still I went ahead on a whim and did my yoga session with Priya over Zoom. Priya listened patiently to my problem and focused the session on stretching and holding techniques for the upper back and shoulders. As I warmed up the pain started to reduce with breathing and simple yet effective postures that stretched the back. By the end of the session I was feeling more relaxed than I did after any physiotherapy session. Not only was it without any machines or going to the clinic – the effects have lasted me to the next day as I sit comfort to type this. Am looking forward to my next session day after, pledging to do this regularly for my own health. I highly recommend Priya for a personalised approach to making yoga simple and helping us all keep fit.
