Today, I would like to thank my yoga teacher Priya Jain, a certified yoga teacher from yoga international Alliance, who has been teaching me for the last few months. I managed to complete 108 Surya namaskars (216 rounds) at one go today which I thought was completely impossible. She has been a great mentor and an excellent teacher with lots of patience and understanding and a specialist on the subject. She also has the ability to cure various health and physical issues through yoga. A great dietitian too. I think if you listen to her and follow her meticulously you will be free of any health issues and I can personally vouch for that. Thank you sooo much Priya for motivating an amateur like me.
